FANFICTION WEBSITE WEBQUEST & REVIEW

 In pairs

Go to the activity “group choice” and both select the same “free” number

 Choose at least 2 fanfiction websites among the following:

- Wattpad - Archive of Our Own


- Commaful - FanFiction
- Penana - WeLoveWords
- Movellas - You can find another one but please ask teacher first

 1 per group (make sure you indicate both students’ name)


 In the title, indicate the name of the 2 (or 3) fanfiction websites you have explored
 You can either upload the/a document or copy and paste the table

 Choose the platform and the piece of Fanfiction that you want to review and work on a review in pairs

Make sure you check grading criteria


 Read several stories and choose one that you’d like to review (in pairs so you need to both read it!)
 Write a 100-200 word review : make sure that you use at least 3 specific words to talk about books (but you can of course, use more
specific structures)
 Use online tools to check your English
o Dictionaries for words you don’t know
o Spellcheck for basic mistakes
o Other online check like paper-rater or Grammarly to go further
o DeepL translator to check that the English you wrote is the French you want to say
 Make sure that your writing is
o appropriate (not offensive or insulting)
o constructive (well argued with examples when required) for the Fanfiction writer
 Post it on the Platform and send a screenshot on Moodle
o Make sure it is readable
o Make sure it contains all your writing
 A few days later, you can check if the person who wrote the story has responded to you
