Barre Fitness combines yoga, Pilates, and ballet barre conditioning to tone your whole body while developing balance, strength, and flexibility. Classes will utilize both the mat and the ballet barre. Required Equipment: Barre classes can be performed in shoes, socks, bare feet, or ballet slippers.
H.I.I.T.
Maximize results in minimal time with high-intensity interval training (H.I.I.T.). Express Cycle

Power Cycle

Yoga & Pilates

Flow Yoga
Fun and appropriate for all levels of skill for yoga. Flow Yoga places an emphasis on moving through postures while synchronizing your breath and movement, this class will develop core strength, breath awareness and improve your spine’s alignment.
Hatha Yoga

Pilates
