Welcome to UBC Recreation Fitness & Classes
UBC Rec’s fitness programs are dedicated to improving the health and wellbeing of the UBC community. Two fitness centres (at the ARC and Rec North) and multiple studio spaces spread across the Point Grey campus offer a variety of spaces to workout. Additionally, Women (Trans Women Welcome) & Two-Spirit, Trans, Non-Binary (2STNB) fitness hours, a bouldering cave, various fitness classes, and personal training are also offered.
