e. Operations and maintenance of all enhanced airside facilities,
including, among others, the apron, runway, and taxiway. The Grantors will
remain responsible for Air Traffic Control.

There is an on going negotiation / coordination with LGU Makati to
resolve ROWA concern (100 ISF in Barangay West Rembo and
Barangay North Side and 40 ISF in Barangay Cembo). A draft
Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) for relocation assistance was
already prepared.

As of June 2019, 84 ISFs were already relocated to Brgy. Banlic,


Calamba, Laguna, and demolition activities are ongoing.

Design plan (for the re-alignment of Phase-1 along Brixton St. corner
Reliance), Fair lane St. and traversing Lucio Tan Property to Pier 5)
was already submitted to B.O.D. for checking and correction, while
parcellary plan is already approved. Partial suspension order was
issued on July 5, 2018 for the affected areas.
