GREETINGS:

WHEREAS: On _____________, a Resolution was rendered in the above-


entitled case by the Provincial Agrarian Reform Officer II of the DAR
Provincial Office of Cagayan-Batanes, the dispositive portion of which reads as
follows:
WHEREFORE, foregoing premises considered, the instant Petition
is hereby GRANTED. Order is hereby issued directing the physical
installation of the Petitioners over their awarded lands within Noel
Veridiano Estate located at Cataraoan, Amulung, Cagayan pursuant to
Adminitrative Order No. 7, Series of 2011.
SO ORDERED.
In view of the foregoing, and with the kind permission of the DAR
Provincial Adjudicator, you are hereby commanded to implement and execute
the above-mentioned dispositive portion of the Order dated
________________ and to submit without fail a written report of the
implementation within fifteen (15) days after your service to include your
actions taken thereon.
