  • Nuggets' Russell Westbrook: To undergo hand surgery

Westbrook announced Tuesday that he will undergo right hand surgery, Law Murray of The Athletic reports.

Westbrook said he is undergoing surgery to address two breaks that happened during the season. The veteran guard managed to suit up in 75 regular-season games despite these injuries, averaging 13.3 points, 6.1 assists, 4.9 rebounds, 1.4 steals and 1.3 three-pointers on 44.9 percent from the field. Westbrook holds a $3.47 million player option for 2025-26 and should be a full go for training camp.

  • Nuggets' Dario Saric: Minimal impact in 2024-25 season

Saric finished the 2024-25 campaign with averages of 3.5 points, 3.1 rebounds, 1.4 assists, 0.4 steals and 0.4 three-pointers made across 13.1 minutes per game in 16 regular-season outings (four starts).

Saric was used sparingly this season, making only two appearances after the All-Star break. The 31-year-old big man averaged career-low marks in points, rebounds and minutes while being buried behind Nikola Jokic, Zeke Nnaji and DeAndre Jordan on the depth chart. Saric holds a player option for the 2025-26 campaign and is slated to become an unrestricted free agent ahead of the 2026-27 season.

  • Nuggets' PJ Hall: Used sparingly in 2024-25 campaign

Hall finished the 2024-25 campaign with averages of 1.7 points, 1.2 rebounds, 0.2 assists and 0.2 blocks across 3.5 minutes per game in 19 regular-season outings.

Hall never logged double-digit minutes in a game during his rookie campaign after joining the Nuggets on a two-way contract. The Clemson product spent the majority of his time with the G League's Grand Rapids Gold, averaging 18.9 points, 11.8 rebounds, 2.1 assists, 1.1 blocks and 0.8 steals across 32.0 minutes per game in 20 regular-season appearances. The 23-year-old big man is set to become a restricted free agent this offseason.

  • Nuggets' Spencer Jones: Limited run in 2024-25 season

Jones finished the 2024-25 campaign with averages of 1.3 points, 0.9 rebounds, 0.3 assists, 0.3 steals and 0.3 blocks across 6.3 minutes per game in 20 regular-season appearances.

The undrafted rookie out of Stanford signed a two-way pact with Denver this season and received limited run in the NBA. However, Jones made 21 regular-season appearances with the G League's Grand Rapids Gold, averaging 14.4 points, 6.8 rebounds, 1.9 assists, 1.2 blocks and 1.1 steals across 30.5 minutes per game. The 23-year-old is slated to become a restricted free agent this offseason.

Alexander finished the 2024-25 campaign with averages of 1.3 points, 0.5 rebounds and 0.5 assists across 4.9 minutes per game in 24 regular-season appearances.

The undrafted rookie out of Creighton joined the Nuggets on a two-way contract this season and saw inconsistent run in the NBA. However, Alexander made 30 regular-season appearances with the G League's Grand Rapids Gold, averaging 25.8 points, 5.8 rebounds, 5.3 assists and 1.5 steals across 37.0 minutes per game. The 22-year-old is set to become a restricted free agent this offseason.

  • Nuggets' DeAndre Jordan: Career-low 3.7 PPG in 2024-25

Jordan finished the 2024-25 campaign with averages of 3.7 points, 5.1 rebounds, 0.9 assists, 0.5 blocks and 0.3 steals across 12.3 minutes per game in 56 regular-season outings (five starts).

The veteran big man received inconsistent run as Nikola Jokic's backup this season. Jordan appeared in six of the Nuggets' seven games during their first-round series win over the Clippers but made only one appearance during the second round, logging just two minutes. The 36-year-old is set to become an unrestricted free agent this offseason, and he'll likely be tabbed for a role providing depth and serving as a veteran presence at this stage of his career.

  • Nuggets' Vlatko Cancar: Limited impact in 2024-25 campaign

Cancar finished the 2024-25 campaign with averages of 1.8 points, 2.5 rebounds, 0.7 assists, 0.3 three-pointers, 0.2 steals and 0.2 blocks across 10.5 minutes per game in 13 regular-season appearances.

Cancar received limited run during the regular season, and he played only 11 minutes across three appearances in the playoffs. The 28-year-old forward missed an extended period after undergoing arthroscopic surgery on his left knee in December. He had previously undergone surgery in August 2023 to repair a torn ACL in the same knee. Cancar has spent all five years of his NBA career in Denver and is slated to become an unrestricted free agent this offseason.
