  • Panthers' Sam Reinhart: Questionable for Wednesday

Reinhart (lower body) participated in Tuesday's optional practice but remains questionable for Game 5 against Carolina on Wednesday, George Richards of NHL.com reports.

Reinhart has missed Florida's last two games and remains day-to-day after skating for the first time since leaving Game 2 versus the Hurricanes last Thursday. He has produced four goals, 11 points, 41 shots on net, 12 blocked shots and 30 hits across 14 appearances this postseason. Niko Mikkola (upper body) and A.J. Greer (undisclosed) also took part in Tuesday's practice after sitting out Monday's 3-0 loss to Carolina in Game 4. The Panthers will determine if any of the injured players can return in Game 5 after Wednesday's morning skate.

  • Panthers' Sergei Bobrovsky: Stuck with tough Game 4 loss

Bobrovsky turned aside 25 of 26 shots Monday as the Panthers fell 3-0 to the Hurricanes in Game 4 of the Eastern Conference Finals. Carolina's final two goals were scored into an empty net.

Florida was going for a sweep to advance to the Stanley Cup Finals, but instead the Panthers couldn't solve Frederik Andersen in the Hurricanes' crease, giving Bobrovsky no margin for error. The two-time Vezina Trophy winner still delivered an excellent performance, with the only puck to get past him coming on a wicked snapshot from Logan Stankoven midway through the second period. Bobrovsky has allowed two goals or fewer in eight straight starts, posting a stellar 1.13 GAA and .953 save percentage over that stretch, and he'll look to punch the Panthers' tickets to the finals in Game 5 on Wednesday.

  • Panthers' Sergei Bobrovsky: Tending twine in Game 4

Bobrovsky will protect the home net against Carolina on Monday in Game 4, according to George Richards of Florida Hockey Now.

Bobrovsky has stopped 90 of 95 shots during his four-game winning streak, and he has allowed two goals or fewer in seven straight starts. He has posted a record of 11-4 with three shutouts, a 2.12 GAA and a .911 save percentage across 15 appearances this postseason. Bobrovsky has limited the Hurricanes to only four goals on 75 shots through the first three games of the series, and the Panthers can compete for the Stanley Cup for a third consecutive year with one more victory.

  • Panthers' A.J. Greer: Not playing Monday

Greer (undisclosed) won't play against Carolina on Monday in Game 4, Jameson Olive of the Panthers' official site reports.

Greer sustained an injury late in Saturday's 6-2 win over the Hurricanes in Game 3 and will miss at least one contest. He has contributed two goals, one assist, 11 shots on net, seven blocked shots and 44 hits through 11 appearances this postseason. Nico Sturm will replace Greer in Monday's lineup.

  • Panthers' Niko Mikkola: Unavailable for Game 4

Mikkola (upper body) will not be an option against Carolina in Game 4 on Monday, Eric Engels of Sportsnet reports.

Mikkola was originally expected to be ready for Game 4 after getting injured in Game 3 on Saturday, but he will be sidelined for a potential series-clinching contest. After being blanked in his first nine postseason contests, the 29-year-old defenseman has found his offensive game, recording four points in the first three games of this series. With Mikkola out, Uvis Balinskis will step into the lineup.

  • Panthers' Sam Reinhart: Ruled out against Canes

Reinhart (lower body) will miss Game 4 versus Carolina on Monday, Eric Engels of Sportsnet reports.

Prior to missing Game 3, Reinhart was struggling offensively with just three points in his last six outings while also registering a mere two shots in his last four contests. Both Evan Rodrigues and Jesper Boqvist will continue to serve in top-six roles while Reinhart is unavailable. Reinhart would certainly benefit from some extra time off if his teammates can finalize the sweep over Carolina.

  • Panthers' Sam Reinhart: Status for Game 4 unclear

According to George Richards of Florida Hockey Now, Reinhart (lower body) appears doubtful to play in Game 4 against Carolina on Monday.

The Panthers expect to know more about Reinhart's availability for Game 4 after Monday's morning skate. The 29-year-old forward sat out Saturday's 6-2 win over the Hurricanes in Game 3. He has produced four goals, 11 points, 41 shots on net, 12 blocked shots and 30 hits across 14 appearances this postseason. If Reinhart remains unavailable to play Monday, Jesper Boqvist will probably skate on the top line again.

  • Panthers' A.J. Greer: Expected to play in Game 4

Greer (undisclosed) should be fine to play in Game 4 versus Carolina on Monday, per George Richards of Florida Hockey Now.

Greer registered five hits and two blocked shots in a 6-2 win over the Hurricanes on Saturday in Game 3 before exiting late in the third period. He has generated two goals, one assist, 11 shots on net, seven blocked shots and 44 hits through 11 appearances this postseason.

  • Panthers' Niko Mikkola: Poised to play Monday

Mikkola (upper body) is expected to be in the lineup for Game 4 against Carolina on Monday, George Richards of Florida Hockey Now reports.

Mikkola had two goals, three shots on net and five hits before leaving Saturday's 6-2 win over the Hurricanes in Game 3 at the 8:02 mark of the third period. He has accounted for five points and 40 hits through 15 appearances this postseason.

  • Panthers' A.J. Greer: Hurt in Game 3

Greer (undisclosed) did not finish Game 3 versus the Hurricanes on Saturday, Jordan McPherson of the Miami Herald reports.

There was no update on Greer's status following the contest. His injury occurred late in the third period, which may be part of the reason an update was not available. Consider the fourth-liner day-to-day heading into Monday's Game 4.

  • Panthers' Aaron Ekblad: Pockets assist Saturday

Ekblad registered an assist, four hits and four blocked shots in Saturday's 6-2 win over the Hurricanes in Game 3.

Ekblad has a goal and three assists in the Eastern Conference Finals, and he's gotten on the scoresheet in seven of his last nine games. Overall, the defenseman has produced 10 points, 25 shots on net, 29 hits, 15 blocks, 24 PIM and a plus-7 rating over 11 playoff outings. Ekblad continues to thrive in a top-four role on defense, which includes power-play usage, though just two of his 10 points have come with the man advantage.

  • Panthers' Anton Lundell: Puts up helper

Lundell registered an assist, two shots on goal and three blocked shots in Saturday's 6-2 win over the Hurricanes in Game 3.

Lundell's offense has been limited in the Eastern Conference Finals -- he has just the one assist with four shots on net over the last three games. However, he's played his shutdown role very well, keeping the Hurricanes' offense in check as part of the Panthers' larger domination in the round. Lundell is up to 11 points, 29 shots on net, 19 hits, 16 blocked shots and a plus-11 rating over 15 playoff contests.
