Golden Knights' Tuomas Uronen: Inks entry-level deal
Uronen signed a three-year, entry-level contract with Vegas on Tuesday.
Uronen had 38 goals and 52 assists in 63 regular-season appearances with OHL Kingston in 2024-25 before adding 13 points in 11 playoff outings. The Golden Knights selected the 20-year-old forward in the sixth round (192nd overall) of the 2023 NHL Entry Draft. Uronen could start the 2025-26 campaign with AHL Henderson.

Golden Knights' Adin Hill: Comes up short in elimination game
Hill stopped 31 of 32 shots in Wednesday's 1-0 overtime loss to the Oilers in Game 5.
Hill did everything he could to keep the Golden Knights' season alive, but his best performance of the playoffs still wasn't enough. The 29-year-old allowed 16 goals over five games against the Oilers in the second-round loss. Hill's status as the Golden Knights' top goalie isn't in question moving forward -- he signed a six-year extension with the team in March, so he'll continue to see substantial playing time for a contender heading into 2025-26.

Golden Knights' Brandon Saad: Out again Wednesday
Saad (lower body) won't play in Game 5 versus the Oilers on Wednesday, Danny Webster of the Las Vegas Review-Journal reports.
Saad was not at the morning skate and doesn't appear to be particularly close to returning, though the Golden Knights are predictably being quiet about injuries this postseason. The 32-year-old winger will miss his third straight game, and if Vegas loses Wednesday, he'll end the season on the shelf.

Golden Knights' Mark Stone: Not playing Wednesday
Stone (undisclosed) won't play Wednesday in Game 5 versus the Oilers, Danny Webster of the Las Vegas Review-Journal reports.
The Golden Knights will face elimination without their captain, as Stone continues to be bothered by a lingering injury. He was also a game-time decision for Game 4 but was able to play in that contest. He'll need his teammates to dig deep for a win Wednesday, though it's unclear if Stone will be available should the Golden Knights force Game 6, which would be Friday in Edmonton.

Golden Knights' Mark Stone: Doubtful for Game 5
Stone (undisclosed) is doubtful for Game 5 against Edmonton on Wednesday, per SinBin.vegas.
Stone was questionable for Game 4 on Monday, but he ended up logging 21:42 of ice time in that 3-0 loss to the Oilers. It's not clear if what will potentially keep him out of Wednesday's clash is the same injury or a new problem. Stone has four goals and eight points in 10 playoff appearances this year. If he can't play, then Cole Schwindt will likely draw into the lineup for the first time in the 2025 postseason.

Golden Knights' Brandon Saad: Game-time call Wednesday
Saad (lower body) will be a game-time decision for Game 5 against Edmonton on Wednesday, per SinBin.vegas.
Saad missed the morning skate, but head coach Bruce Cassidy didn't rule him out for the upcoming tilt. Saad has two assists, two PIM, 13 shots, seven hits and one block in eight playoff appearances this year. If he does play Wednesday, it will likely be in a bottom-six capacity.

Golden Knights' Adin Hill: Expected to start in Game 5
Hill is set to start at home against Edmonton for Game 5 on Wednesday, per Jesse Granger of The Athletic.
Hill will look for a better result after allowing at least three goals in each of his first four games against Edmonton in the second-round series. Vegas is down 3-1, so the Golden Knights need a win to force Game 6 in Edmonton on Friday. The Oilers' offense has been dominant in the 2025 playoffs -- they're averaging a league-leading 4.20 goals per game.

Golden Knights' Adin Hill: Beaten three times Monday
Hill stopped 29 of 32 shots in the 3-0 loss in Game 4 against the Oilers on Monday.
Hill was beaten twice in the first period and once more in the second frame, and he also didn't receive any kind of offensive support from his teammates. He's now given up three or more goals in four starts in the series, a span in which he's gone 1-3-0 with a 3.61 GAA and an .872 save percentage.

Golden Knights' Mark Stone: Available for Game 4 in Edmonton
Stone (upper body) will play in Game 4 against the Oilers on Monday, Jesse Granger of The Athletic reports.
Stone was nicked up in Saturday's 4-3 win in Game 3, but he won't miss any time after being deemed a game-time decision Monday. The right-shot winger will fill his usual first-line role in addition to linking up with No. 1 power-play unit. Stone has generated two goals and two helpers in this second-round series versus Edmonton.

Golden Knights' Mark Stone: Game-time decision
Stone (upper body) will be a game-time call for Game 4 versus Edmonton on Monday, Jesse Granger of The Athletic reports.
Stone logged only 5:54 of playing time in Saturday's 4-3 win over the Oilers in Game 3. However, he was on the top line and first power-play unit in Monday's morning skate, indicating he could be in the lineup for Game 4. Stone has accounted for four goals, eight points, 20 shots on net, 10 blocked shots and nine hits across nine appearances this postseason. If Stone and Brandon Saad (lower body) are unavailable for Monday's matchup, Cole Schwindt or Alexander Holtz could be in the lineup versus Edmonton.
