みんなどうやってるんだ？
技術の進歩は急速でコツコツとプロンプトと打ちながらやる今のやり方もそう長くはなさそうなので何となく記録しておく。
ローカル、5070Ti
メガネを光らせながらCivitaiで最新のcheckpointとLoRAをチェック。
今のbase modelの主流はIllustriousかponyで更新の9割以上はこの二つ、普及帯のGPUでも利用可能で品質も十分なのが理由か。flux以上は盛り上がってない。
あと、LoRAのトリガーワード管理がめんどくさい。そろそろメモ帳でやるのも限界。
日常生活からインスピレーション得てその日のキャラを決めるのが紳士流。

まずはベースとなるプロンプトを決めて一番好みの出力となるモデルとLoRAの組み合わせを試していくが、この時になるべく簡素なLoRAとプロンプトで仕上げるのがポイントだと思っている。
後々複雑な構図やポーズを作り上げる場合、この時点でプロンプトがパンパンだと追加プロンプトが十分効かなかったり(無理やり:2)強くしようとして画面が溶けたりする。
品質系プロンプトは省略しているので知りたい紳士は「Illustrious 品質プロンプト」とかでLLMに聞いてください。
そんなわけで好みのキャラと画風を仕上げたらついに叡智タイムである。
単純に好きなシチュをポンポン出すのもいいがストーリー仕立てにするのもいいだろう。
（ex.研究所に来た魔改造性癖ガールを研究員としてどんどん魔改造していく）

～どうしてこんなことになったのか～
モンハンワイルズをやるためにPCを組んだのだが3週間くらいで飽きて放置していた。
そんなある日ブックマークしているpixivのイラストがbanされて消えていて大変落ち込んだのだが（数日後復活してた）
いや待てよ、あれAI生成だったな、だったら自分でできるのでは？と思って始めたのがきっかけである。

そんな感じで時間がかかるしめんどくさい。動画や漫画の手軽さが身に染みる。
生成の利点はとにかく自分の好みにカスタマイズした画像が出力できることだろう。いままで吸収してきたコンテンツや尖らせてきた性癖全出動の総合格闘技である。
また、画風の方向性としてはフォトリアル系やイラスト系などいろいろあるが、セミリアル系が凄い。一例としてフワフワの毛皮をまとったかわいいウサギ亜人が出力できる。

技術の発展は止まらないしオープン化の流れに勝てたことは無いしエントロピーは増大し続ける。
LoRA作成自体が爆速になるかi2iで画像だけでLoRA並み使えるようになるし、動画も実用レベルになるだろう。
気になるのはモデルの要求スペックがローカルHWで間に合うかどうかと規制だ、いまの同人並みに落ち着くとするとローカル生成のキャラLoRAは実質セーフであり続けるだろう。
高品質動画生成はオンライン生成が主流になると生成プラットフォームを整備したもん勝ちだが、コンテンツだけ大国でありモザイクにより健全な性的秩序が守られている我が国は今回もgood loserとしてコンテンツを吸われ続けます。南無三。
いま１期から通しで見てるのだが、しんどくなってdアニメでの視聴止めてディズニープラスでＯＰＥＤ飛ばすことにした
「薬屋」の本編は後宮が舞台のミステリ仕立てで、絵作り的にも繊細な装飾品や衣装の色彩にこだわる静的な描写が基本であり、動きのあるシーンは全体に殆どなくクライマックスのごく一部だけ（なのでメリハリが効いてる）
のだが、１期ＯＰはテンポ早いし、まあ何より猫猫がお前誰だよ感で、本編の雰囲気と噛み合わない
変なことしない、うるさくない、この路線で２期も行ってくれたらと期待していた……が、２期１クール目の時点で装飾過剰で
ごめん受け付けない
曲調が本編と合わせる気ないのに歌詞でタイアップしました～という証拠残しみたいな単語を入れてて死ぬ
ＥＤは押さえ気味の曲路線なのだが、ＯＰが騒々しすぎるのでＥＤはもっと静かに抑えてくれとなり、また、なんか情緒が多めなので本編の咀嚼をしたいタイミングで流されると邪魔くさい
薬屋が原作も凄い売れてるしアニメもヒットしすぎて音楽業界のタイアップ欲が前に出過ぎたのかなと
曲のＭＶとしても見れるよう、作画枚数も使っていいしゴージャスにやってくれ、みたいなリクエストが押し込まれたとか？
そのへんの圧がやや弱かったのが１期２クール目あたりじゃないかという想像（曲は押し込んでくるけどアニメは本編が忙しいからそんな頑張れませんよみたいな？）
それがヒットしすぎて２期は全部詰め詰めに詰め込んで煩くなった、かな
曲調はアニメ本編や原作とあってるように思えないのに、歌詞だけ合わせましたみたいなのが、きっつい
なろうアニメでアニメ本編も作画枚数的に予算少なそうなとこに歌詞だけヒロイックファンタジーを主張するロック調のＯＰとか
無理にやってるお仕事臭がすごい
そもそも「そばかす」は、歌詞が本編とあってなくても曲調はわりとカッコいいし、ジャンプバトルかつ既存のジャンプ作品より湿度高めでナヨってる作風のるろ剣と女性ボーカル女性心理歌詞はそこまで乖離してなかったと思ってる
が、最近の強引タイアップは「作品にあわせました」の無理やり感があって聴いててきつい
アポカリプスホテルの「skirt」とかロボもホテルも文明崩壊も宇宙人も出てこないけどきちんとタイアップ感ある
（アルバムが先に出てるけど、発表のタイミング的にはアルバム出てるときには既にタイアップ決まってたと思われる）
低予算が予想外に受けたり、どのアニメがヒットするかは開けてみるまで判らないにしても、アーティスト側が変に媚びた歌詞にする必要ないんじゃないかな
（薬屋の２期から想像するにフリーレン２期は音楽事務所がゴリゴリに押し込んでくるだろうからヤバそう）
アニメーターが欲望のままにゴリゴリ動かすと、作画オタは喜ぶけど一般視聴者はついていけない（８０年代ＯＶＡで証明済み）
薬屋は最初に述べたように基本的に静的だし、デフォルメも多用して作画省略もしっかりやって、それが丁度いいぐらいの作品（アニメファン以外の視聴者も見やすい）
業界向けにアピールしたいとか、そもそも自分がやりたいとか、あのアニメーターを活躍させたいとか、思いは色々とあるとは思うけど、
それで見るのしんどくなってＯＰＥＤ飛ばされたら本末転倒だと思う
お気持ちですよアピールをめっちゃ振りまいたのでお気持ちだと察してくれてる人が多くて助かった

AIが学習する上で一番重要なのはメタデータの質なので、最近の2次元AIは黙って転載サイトdanbooruとか使ってるよ？
danbooruの転載元として多いのはPixivとTwitterなのでPixiv云々は致命的に間違ってるわけでもないのだが。
本気でアンチAIならTwitterに一切のイラストを投稿しないで活動しないといけないので、
人々に見て貰いフォロワーを増やすことで仕事に繋げるイラストレーターとしては自殺でしか無いと思うけど、思想信条の問題なら仕方ないかな。
転載サイトのトップで見かけたピーチ姫だが、投稿されたPixivと転載先のdanbooruのメタデータの差は圧倒的でどちらから学習したほうが精度が高くなりそうかはバカでも理解しやすいだろう。
